To make your stay as pleasant as possible and to ensure your well-being and comfort, we offer quality hotel services combined with the autonomy offered by the configuration of an apartment. We completely renovated our villa in early 2018. In 2020, renovation and expansion work enabled us to open 4 new apartments at n°138 rue Belleville.
Our 10 apartments have all been designed differently, reflecting our desire to offer you a personalized, unformatted setting... ideal for relaxing in a friendly, tranquil setting.

Our apartments are carefully arranged in a magnificent 1930s bourgeois villa, entirely renovated to preserve its original architectural identity. The refined, contemporary interior design has been chosen to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're staying for a short tourist getaway, a business trip or an extended family vacation, our apartments will meet your expectations perfectly. Each apartment at Villa Erizio has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals: induction hob, traditional and microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, TASSIMO coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We've also included all the essential kitchen accessories to make your stay practical and enjoyable.
The refined bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers, hairdryers, towel rails and tissue dispensers. You can also enjoy an organic shower gel from the COSLYS range to add a natural touch to your daily comfort.
The rooms offer top-quality bedding with 160 cm beds, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. For your security and peace of mind, each apartment is equipped with an individual safe. You'll also benefit from a clothes steamer, TV with international channels and free, unlimited Wi-Fi access.
