You will be seduced by this elegant bourgeois residence, combining modern decoration and architecture typical of the 1930s. In an ideally location, Villa Erizio combines excellence and discretion. To restore all the splendour to this magnificent building, we have made major renovations in 2018, and we have taken care to preserve its period features, while paying particular attention to comfort and the choice of furniture.

In 2020, renovation and expansion works, allowed us to open 4 new apartments at 138 rue Belleville. These apartments, like all our property itself, are an example of tradition and modernity.

You can enjoy a furnished and equipped apartment, which includes hotel services (cleaning, linen, WIFI, TV, kitchen).
